New Patient (Initial Evaluation): 60-90 minutes- $400
Follow up - medication management: less than 30 minutes- $200
Follow up - extended medication management + brief therapy: 30-60 minutes- $300
1st NoShow/ Same day cancelation- $50
2nd NoShow/Same day cancelation- $100
3rd NoShow/Same Day cancelation- $200
After the 3rd NoShow/Same day cancelation- it is at the providers discretion rather to continue the charge of $200 or terminate the patient.
